Reminder: Anderson's Oprah appearance to discuss "Dispatches" repeats today.
I've just been corrected in comments by scfan. The appearance is the one on poverty in the US with Anderson and Lisa Ling.

I said it last night and I'll say it again, if we can't have Erica, I'm liking Heidi doing the news segments on 360. And speaking of Erica, she seems to be stuck in some sort of weird CNN menage a trois. Kathy at Andersphere caught a few minutes of the Erica/Glenn Beck banter the other night and posted the transcript.
(CROSSTALK)
BECK: It`s a tough one. You go ahead and make the men in your life feel like a king. And I believe...
HILL: I`ll remember that.
BECK: ... I believe I`m one of the men in your life.
HILL: Oh, OK. Yes. You know, yes.
BECK: I mean, what does that mean? That`s not making me feel kingly.
HILL: You are, but my husband would be the number one.
BECK: Yes. I know I`m number two in your life. Wait a minute.
(CROSSTALK)
HILL: There`s you, there`s Anderson. I`ve got, you know -- it`s just it`s not easy.
BECK: Oh, come on. I beat Anderson Cooper on that list.
HILL: You two are going to have to fight it out.
BECK: No, he`ll take me. He goes to, like, wrestle with alligators. Every time there`s a story...
HILL: He`s in a war zone, Glenn. Come on.
BECK: Jeez. OK. What`s up in the news?
Do any of you remember back to July 10th and 11th when Anderson covered the problems that Phoenix was having with a serial shooter AND the Baseline rapist? I sort of chuckled when Anderson said the following:
"Well, tonight a city is living in fear from not one but two psychopaths. It is a story we first brought you last night. In Phoenix a serial killer and a serial gunman are on the loose. And until they're caught nobody is safe. "
Even though I enjoy any mention on 360 of my city I felt the lead in was a little dramatic. After all I live here and I felt safe, so it seemed a little exaggerated. This weekend the serial shooter struck again, and this time only a few miles from my house. Again it was seemingly random, again no one saw anything and it happened early in the morning. Anderson has more pressing news issues to cover so I thought I'd keep you all posted.
One last thing before I go. Finally CNN has good John and Michael Ware back on the air. But how about some David Gergan? I miss his take on things.

I like the idea of the "weird CNN menage a trois " HAHA!
Look at Anderson's "comb over" front part of his hair! Would it kill him to go to Haifa Supercuts ?! (I like real short)
There's also this wacky "sniper" shooter who just struck again in NW Indiana (about 25 mi. from me) but they caught him (he's only 17 yrs. old)
Yeah I miss the Gerg and was thinking about him last night.
i'm glad erica put whatisis in his place. anderson's definitely second on her list!
maybe gergen's on vacation?? i'm missing him too
Phebe - it's not the Oprah about Dispatches, it's the one with Oprah and Lisa Ling.
I'm not sure I "get" Glenn Beck. However, I do love me some AC!
They heard your wish...a little David Gergen on tap this evening...lol.
OH man the serial killer is getting closer to me too! I keep getting e-mails about spottings around my house and I do not like it! p.s. would it kill Anderson to wear a helmet with all of the shooting?
