John King gives us the 360

Not only did I get my wish for John King to sub for Anderson, but I also got JK doing the Anderpose. Yea! Seriously it was a really good 360. We had Michael Ware,Jeffrey Toobin, Spider Marks, Aneesh Raman, Gary Berntsen and a really interesting 'Keeping Them Honest' with Rick Sanchez.



It's pretty obvious that JK loves his kids (and what is sexier than a great father?). He mentioned them several times last night. He said his son wants a particular video game for Christmas and if John doesn't find it his son is voting John out as Dad. How cute is that? After Randi showed footage of a snowstorm somewhere (probably the Rockies) John said he and his kids need to break out their snowboards. And speaking of 'The Shot', JK chose a wonderful father/son moment of a returning Veteran. Very sweet.


Do you ever read the scroll at the bottom of the screen? I usually don't unless something local catches my eye. While Rick was doing 'Keeping Them Honest' segment Tuesday night I glanced at the temperatures on the scroll. I can't even fathom a day that the high temp is 13 degrees. That's what it said it was Tuesday in Anchorage. Yuck.

Aside to Cassie, This is all your fault. When you commented yesterday that "He (Michael Ware) looked all cleaned up, and almost rested (on Monday night's 360). I think he might have smiled." you jinxed things. Michael looked ghastly Tuesday night, after the terrible day in Iraq. How could a kidnapping on that scale happen right under the noses of the troops and police? Poor Michael was back to"carrying the world on his shoulders".

And while I'm commenting on comments (how redundant is that) Ms. Pixie asked "How do you guys know so much about where Anderson is going to be?". Lots of times ATA readers send us tips and we also have various search engines that keep us posted. Sometimes it's just dumb luck that we find information. I wish I could say the AC keeps us posted but then I'd also have to report that pigs fly.

I'm out of town Wednesday, so Ms. Sheryn will be doing the after show blogging duties. Hopefully, we'll also have some reports on Tuesday's Dallas lecture. Don't forget JK said Anderson would be back tonight. I'll be back to blog on Thursday, see you then.

Danceswithfoxes sent us the link to a wonderful Anderson video that is a great example of what we're looking for. Unfortunately, it needs to be a new, never uploaded video to be eligible. But this is a great example of what you should aim for, so take a minute to enjoy.
