Wow, it's rare that AC gets scooped to be 1st on scene at a disaster zone but I think Al Roker did it! He looks to be the 1st national reporter there. (I could be wrong - so don't skewer me!)

Can't wait to see AC tonight, he does a more thorough job on site than most of the others.

GMA did an awsome job this morning and all day tweeting about the tornadoes - see if you can beat that AC

I saw Brian Williams was already there. But, good for Coop! I'm glad he's going. Too much that has gone on lately in our country is not being covered well enough for me.

I am glad Anderson is going to Joplin. I was disappointed when he didn't go to Alabama after those Tornadoes.

I just wonder how this all will work when he has the new daytime show. I just can't see how he will be able to go on location for breaking news, but hopefully he will prove me wrong.

I want to thank the ATA Team for the close up of Anderson from the RidicuList the other night. I really appreciate it.

Thank you

Anderson's new show will film shows in few days or weeks ahead. He will be able to leave town if something happens because he has a few shows already taped.
