It was great to see Anderson back in the studio. This was the best 360 of the week. It seemed to flow better than the past 3 nites.

Glad Anderson is in Abu Duabi where there are plenty of hotels because it is a hot tourist attraction.
Rick Perry will attract enough Tea Party followers to make him a viable candidate even though he has nothing of interest to say.
Some of the most liberal Democrats are not satisfied with President Obama's "solution," to the debt crisis, which was an agreement to formulate a SuperCommittee.
If he had an agenda, which was to tax the rich, he should have sold it as best he could and not have backed down. No one can argue the fact that this makes him appear weak and his own party is beginning to lose confidence in him. Not a good sign.
If David Cameron could call Parliament back into session because of the rioting and violence in London, Obama is the POTUS and can not only envoke the 14th Amendment, but can also call Congress back into session.
It is about time he used the power of the Presidency. Even Anderson questioned Paul Begala about his laid back attitude.
Yes, it is professorial in nature, which is needed on a university campus, not at a congressional oversight committee.

Now that it's become clear that Gov. Rick Perry's about to throw his hat into the ring, I sure hope that AC360 will look as thoroughly into the apparent close ties he has with some pretty scary "religious" leaders as they did with candidate Obama and Rev. Wright--just to Keep Them Honest. I can't remember the last time I saw AC have a fairly lengthy discussion about the President without bringing in a conservative, so the conversation with AC, Paul Begala, Gary Pearce and Candy Crowley was very good--Candy's point that most liberals are going to back the President in 2012 even if they're disappointed with some of the things he has or hasn't done is certainly true for me--especially when factoring in the minefield he has to navigate to get ANYTHING accomplished with the Grand Obstruction Party/Tea Party out to block his every move. He is not perfect, but the thought of anyone from the other side taking the White House is too frightening to contemplate. Glad we had another Somalia update and I loved The Ridiculist. CNN really has some serious international reach when AC can broadcast from Abu Duabi--he seemed pretty exhausted though.
