There's a little of "Ripley's Believe It or Not" going on with the show that seems a bit out of character for AC unless you're seeking to take more risks in show topics. It's okay to have fun, but watch out for "The Twilight Zone" topics that we've all seen before.

Why don't you try a weekly technology topic instead of the bizzare topics on your talkshow?

1. Shark Tank is a rip off of the Canadian TV series Dragon's Den.

2. I hope they tell the cons and I mean cons of working from home.

3. Jack Hanna is the only day I really plan to watch.

Not feeling too keen on any of these shows.

New business ideas to make money is a pretty good topic but I hope Anderson doesn't spend too much time on viral videos. Anyone can try to make a video but the chances of it going viral are very much out of your control; very few videos make it to the big time even the allegedly viral grandma dancing to Whitney Houston one which I've never seen or heard of.

One way to make money is to become a dominatirx. I bet that's the reason why Tuesday's dominatrix won't stop.

Wednesday's show blatantly ties into one TLC show and alludes to another (the little people show).

Thursday = blah.

All of the topics in Friday's show could be expanded to fill the whole hour but instead it's a mishmash and short-attention-span-theatre.

Despite weeks like this I still believe Anderson can do better.

@anon 5:01 Random but Dragon's Den is actually a Japanese show. And versions like the Canadian and American ones are based specifically on the UK version.

I hate the whole multiple topics episodes. Shows like Ellen can get away with that. She's like the daytime version of a late night talk show. There's a specific format. Also Ellen makes a 10 minute interview worth it. Probably because of her comedic background she's really good at banter.

Anderson on the other hands seems to almost want to be a fast moving show. But with the "real" stories. And I know personally when there's a good story I don't want a watered down 15 minute version of it. Also Anderson's banter is hit and miss. If he knows the person, great. If now... ehhhh... He needs to be able to flow with everyone.

There is no comparison between Ellen and Anderson.
Ellen is a superb entertainer.
She does her homework about every guest and yes, her show has a specific format.
She makes it fun by dancing which was hers originally and always will be and the audience is always ready for a good time.
Anderson is not a performer, or an entertainer. He is a journalist TRYING ever so hard to be a performer and failing.
When he wakes up to the fact that he alone makes his show unwatchable, most times, he will finally realize it is a waste of time.
Until then, Friday is the only show worth a five minute look see.

This week has a ridiculous element to it, which is why I won't watch any of the shows. I agree @8:49--Anderson is not Ellen. He needs to be who he is, a field reporter and a writer, because his daytime show and AC360 are not working for a lot of people, and I think it is because the skill sets needed for both are not in his DNA.
