It's great that someone in Congress took note of 360's investigation of DVNF and is starting an investigation of their own - but I would have put this story second. The report on Romney's record of creating jobs in Massachusetts should have been first; the panel discussion with Borger and Crowley was also very good.

In the report about Rev. Worley, the part about him wanting to build "a hundred mile fence" was repeated often. My husband pointed out "He has his geometrics wrong" and 'what use is a hundred mile fence? It should be a circle or a square unless it's across the peninsula of Florida or something.'

This lack of real solid thinking was further demonstrated when Anderson talked to the parishioner who defended Worley. Anderson brought up that the Bible also prohibits adultery so will there be another fence for adulterers? Anderson should have mentioned adulterers like Rev. Swaggert and Jim Bakker. The woman was clearly getting exasperated by Anderson's smart questions and at the end of the interview after he thanked her for being on the show she replied rather sarcastically, "Yeah. Thank you so much."

I have no idea how old that woman was, could be anywhere between 35 and 60. But if she takes care of herself she may still be alive when the Supreme Court legalizes gay marriage throughout the country. Gay marriage is moving along very much like interracial marriage two generations ago. Today most young people don't mind if gays want to get married and eventually they will become judges and even Supreme Court judges.

Isha mentioned the special "Arab Spring" coming up on Friday at 8. Will that be a taped peice taking the place of a regular 360?

There was a report out today disputing the idea that federal spending under President Obama has been at the highest level its ever been in decades--this is a narrative Romney and the conservatives love to push, but the opposite is true, that spending under Obama has risen at the slowest rate since the 1950's and is actually going to fall in 2013--so why did Anderson allow Gloria Borger and Candy Crowley to repeat Romney and the GOP's talking point/lie about it instead of putting the real facts out there? I thought facts were important to Anderson.

I admire Anderson's ability to maintain a cool head while interviewing that massively ignorant, hateful and homophobic woman. If that's what Christianity is about, I don't want any. Anderson's logic seemed to trip her up and make her angrier, she made a complete fool of herself.
