There were a few really good things about Monday's 360. In the discussion about the Obama administration and gay marriage, Jessica Yellin had the best comment when she spoke about 'it's an election year, you want every vote, going to stick to the middle of the road on gay marriage...'

I also liked Anderson's interview with candidate Whitley and him pointing out all the people who have scrutinized Obama's birth certificate and pronounced it legit. After Whitley lamely said somethng like 'I think they were being subjective' Anderson should have asked him if he, Whitley, was being subjective. The 'Birthers' will believe whatever they choose to believe and Anderson just can't change their minds.

Drew Griffin's report about the crooked disabled veterans fundraising group was very good and I'm looking forward to seeing more on this tomorrow.

I liked The Ridiculist. In my high school band memebers sold candy bars to raise money for the band tirp. Not the best candy bars but I bought one anyway.

President Obama's official position on same sex marriage may be unclear, but I have no doubt that he is privately fine with it, he's just made a strategic political decision about how to handle it at this time. Mitt Romney has signed a pledge with NOM to ban gay marriage--AC360 may want to look into that next time. The birther issue is tired and pointless now--if conservatives want to go down that road again, they'll just be cutting their own throats.
