360 was Ok tonite though I am over the backpage.com story and I think they need to move on. And Rep. Jeff Landry is just crazy. I love how these people make these wild accusations but then refuse to come on camera and defend their accusations.

Thursday's 360 was okay; the political babble bored me, Backpage.com I couldn't care about and the story of the homeless girl going to Harvard was really nice.

However, Anderson's comment in the Ridiculist irked me. He didn't see a problem with parents cheering their kid when the kid's name was announced at the graduation ceremony; he stated something like 'wait for the cheering to subside and then go on to the next kid's name.'

There's a reason for the 'no applause until all the students are announced' - TIME.

My high school graduation had the superintendent's speech, the principal's speech, two valedictorian speeches (one boy and one girl), some other nonsense and then the role call of about 325 graduating kids. Reading all those names takes time and people want to get home before midnight.

Central, the biggest high school in my current city, had 500+ kids in their graduating class. If they had to pause for even a tenth of the kids' cheering section, the graduation ceremony might not end until dawn the next day.

Maybe Anderson hasn't been to a high school graduation lately.

It seems Anderson thinks John McCain is above reproach and will always give him a platform to rail against the President without really questioning him and his motives. Some of Anderson's statements sounded as though he thought McCain accusations were right on target. AC's job is to report the facts not show favoritism to opinions he agrees with. There should've been a Democratic representative on to give a different perspective.

As far as achievements in media go, my vote is for Jon Stewart and Rachel Maddow.
Anderson has done NOTHING this year worthy of accomplishment and that should be recognized.
Giving him more awards just because, feeds his ego, which has destroyed 360, and his ability to report with credibility, IMHO.
New talent deserves to be honored.

WHY IS THE RIDICULIST AND THE SHOT SO HUGE.
IS THIS FOR AFFECT OR ARE SOME OF US THOUGHT TO BE BLIND?

Obviously plenty of people think Anderson deserves to be honored, only the usual suspect constant AC critics who post here and on ATCNN take issue with him. Congratulations to AC for this latest and well deserved honor that he earned.

@anonymous, We don't think you're blind but you must think us deaf since you're shouting. :)

Blogger is broken and we are using Photobucket until we can upload videos to the blog again. I'm not sure if Photobucket gave any options on sizing since I haven't been the one blogging. I will check on it.

Anon 12:58 AM obviously those who want to honor Anderson aren't seeing what we see(not you obviously) and are looking at things through rose colored glasses and believe the same PR Anderson does.

Time for Anderson/CNN to wake up and see that the "golden boy" is tarnished.

ditto 8:55AM.
anon 12:58 must be drinking the Kool Aide.
If everyone was in sync with AC, they'd be WATCHING HIM.
I still want to know who picked the daytime nominees?
I know Dr Oz is certainly not pleased to be along side a showhost who has proven he can't host.
Are these people for real???
Can't wait until fall to see if AC survives real competition.

"The usual suspect critics that post here, have an issue with him?"
Really?
Just here. No where else huh?
Well you've got to get around more.
And by the way, if no one had an issue with him, his ratings would be a lot higher.
You can't have an issue with someone you're not watching.
Or you can, and just decide to click him off entirely...as many have done.
