I liked Elizabeth Cohen's piece about the surgical clips. It seems like there needs to be better warnings on those clips.
Wednesday's 360 was pretty good. I really appreciated Anderson talking to Jeffrey Toobin about President Obama, AG Holder and executive privilege. It was a welcome break from the usual political pundits.
Sandusky didn't testify at his trial for the same reason OJ didnt at his - way too risky and too high of a probability they would lose control and say something damaging. Geragos and Clark had a good discussion about what the jury would do.
And Joyce Porter, Sandusky friend, was back and interpreting all the facts, all the quotes from the Costas interview, in the best light possible. However, her habit of looking down or looking away when answering difficult questions made it seem like she didn't believe her own comments. Maybe it was just a sunny day or maybe she's not being totally honest with Anderson or with herself.
I liked most of the Ridiculist - Mozart the dearly departed and registered to vote dog was a real cutie. But I didn't like the guy who, responding to a jury summons, said he'd rather count the wrinkles in his dog's face
I've done jury duty twice; didn't get on a case the first time but the second time I did. The case was an interesting one and I feel real good about the decision that we made. Jury duty teaches you a lot about the court system and gives you insight when legal pundits talk about juries on CNN.

It's becoming more clear by the partisan nature of the voting that Issa is only conducting a witch hunt and has no credibility. It was definitely a relief for 360 to be pundit-free on Wednesday night.
Thanks for the Good Day L.A. clip, strange that they have a live audience because it looks like a regular news program set up and not necessarily a daytime set.
