The NY Post's Starr Report had some info on 'Anderson Live' this week. They wrote:

Cooper will be paired with a guest co-host. Goldie Hawn, Kellie Pickler, David Arquette, Cyndi Lauper, Andy Cohen, DL Hughley, Erin Andrews, Howie Mandel and Kelly Osbourne are among those who are lined up to guest-co-host this season.

“We have 170 shows to tape but people are calling us [to guest co-host], and that’s exciting,” Noonan says. “They say, ‘I’ve got something to say and I want to talk to Anderson.’ ”

The show’s roster of guests this season includes Kelsey Grammer, Beyonce, Richard Gere, Jake Gyllenhaal and Ben Affleck, among others.

“Anderson Live” will open with a new segment, “The First Fifteen,” in which Cooper will discuss topical news stories, conduct interviews, Skype and Tweet and generally utilize many facets of social media.

The new set looks like "shabby chic warehouse" and maybe that is what's cool but I liked the old set better.

Among the guest-hosts lined up David Arquette is the most interesting one because he's such a goofball.

Why not broadcast it from the firehouse.
You have the brick wall.
All you need are the poles and he
can wear a firemens uniform every day and slide down the pole.
He's lost all credibility anyway and think of the ratings, ladies.

Do we really care what Goldie Hawn thinks or doesn't think?
She has to be what...seventy by now?
And the line up of movie stars..pleaze, not one of them is proactive in politics or a news maker except Andy Cohen and we can see him on Bravo.
Anderson needs a gimmick more than he needs a co-host .
He needs a reason, other than looking pretty, for people to care and watch him.
Ellen acts like a court jester,
She's relaxed, in the moment and dances.
She's fun.
Anderson just isn't fun.
