Now that I've moved from the great state of NJ, I really am begining to like Chris Christie.
I never thought it would happen in a zillion years, especially after he went after every public servant he could find, but we're seeing another side of him, lately.
He has become a kinder, gentler Chris Christie. Maybe it was Super Storm Sandy with all her might, or maybe it was the pix with our President just before the election, or maybe he's just moving to the center, but he really IS likeable.
Just today he went after the NRA saying it was "reprehensible" to go after the President's children.
I agree, and maybe Chris, maybe, you might think of changing parties?
We can only hope because low and behold, you've found yourself a supporter.
There was a clip of his town hall meeting on 360.

I saw most of the 8 pm (EST) broadcast and was disappointed. I did not see the preview at the start for the Algerian hostages story and the Lance Armstrong story. Even though I didn't see that part, it makes the next 25+ minutes even worse.

How could 360 spend two segments on Manti Te'O? At first glance, maybe it's a slow news day. But to mention more important news at the start and then go on and on about the silly and stupid girlfriend hoax story? Getting back to the Dan Lemon question, Why should we care? And "DAME OVER"??? WTF? Who came up with that lame title?

The best part of the show was the gun control segment. I commend 360 for the clip of NJ Gov. Christie commenting on the new NRA commercial, saying essentially (re: guards at Obama's girl's school) 'it's not a choice, it's a necessity'. Anderson's interview with Mayor Bloomberg was very good. Unfortunately, the interview ended abruptly, making it seem it was cut short. Maybe to make room for more handwringing about Te'O?

I have another problem with the title in the Lance Armstrong segment, "All Eyes On Armstrong". No, they''re not, they're on Te'O.

How did the story about the Algerian hostages end up last? The transcript isn't up yet but I believe Anderson said it was 'the big story all day long'. So on 360 it's last and given fewer than two minutes?

Even the Ridiculist was disappointing. Anderson's rant about moisturizing jeans just seemed like an excuse to air a string of clips. I didn't mind the one of Anderson but didn't need the drippy Hoda and Kathie Lee clip or the banal SNL bit.

Recently here on ATA, there was a debate between two posters about complaining vs. constructive criticism. Maybe this is sheer griping but I believe Anderson and 360 can do better and hopefully tomorrow Te'O will barely be mentioned, if at all.

Or if Te'O is covered again, it includes a reason why this is an important story.

First time in quite a quile that I didn't particularly care for last night's AC360, at least for the first hour. When I realised they would talk about the football player and his hoax girlfriend again I went to prepare some snacks for five minutes, which was the time I thought they would be spending on it. Turns out they wasted (my personal impression, I know this might be more relevant to others) 25 minutes on this! :(

The second half was okay and interesting but sadly they had to stuff three far more interesting topics into the remaining 30 minutes.

I thought the rididculist was very amusing. Anderson making fun of himself is always great. :)

The second hour was quite good even though seeing Armstrong talk already makes me aggressive but I still thought but still I felt they should have spend more time on the hostage crisis in Algeria. Yes, not much information available as of now but still...

Definitely not sheer griping but constructive criticsm. And I don't think we were the only ones who were amazing in a not so positive way tha they spend 25 minutes on Te'O while this horrible thing in Algeria is going on. And damn, I thought the same thingh about the "Dame over" thing. Really? Don't make up captions when you are high, dear AC360 team. XD

I hope they don't spend more than 5 minutes on Te'O tonight, grrr.
