Just a few thoughts on Friday's 'Only About the Boston Bombing News Hour' :

- I wonder if Misha is a red herring, made up by the Tsarnaev family as an excuse, a scapegoat, a diversion. Just because the authorities have someone of interest who matches 'Misha' doesn't mean this isn't a Maguffin.
- Mary Snow talked about the "markers" investigators use to study individuals who may be terrorists. Then Maajib Nawaz said the smart terrorists know those markers and either avoid those behaviors or blatently adopt counter-behaviors. And it's only the amateur terrorists who display those markers.
- Anderson gave a very nice homage to Boston at the end of the show. I wondered if it is also a goodbye and he'll be back in the NYC studio on Monday.

Another batch of great photos; Looking especially at the last photo, I wonder if some of these people are also professional photographers.

CNN may have had some issues with their Boston coverage, but overall AC360 did a good, comprehensive job--Anderson's interviews with the victims of the bombings have been a highlight of the coverage--he is always sensitive, careful of what and how he asks questions and compassionate--his interview with Heather Abbott was especially well done.
