There were lots of good parts to Monday's 360. The first segment about a possible military strike on Syria was deservedly the first story and well done. Also, three of the four pundits had smart, relevant comments. The transcripts aren't up yet but it sounded like Trownsend dropped the ball when Anderson asked her the incredibly important question about who leads Syria after Assad is gone. Townsend blathered about fractionous rebel groups but it didn't answer the question. Baer was probably the best one on the panel. And to top it off, no McCain!

Griffin's charity scam report, although formulaic, was still good. Always a good idea to shine a spotlight on these people and see them run, as Anderson says, "like cockroaches".

California wildfires and Jodi Arias - which hopefully makes smokers think before flicking that cigarette out the car and makes jury members realize you're not supposed to discuss anything about the trial even not on Twitter.

The Ridiculist was the best I've seen in a long while. Loved Anderson comparing Salvadore Cali and Cervantes working together to Miley Cyrus and Robin Thick working together. Loved his comment, "Frankly the only way Miley Cyrus could chock me at the VMA's will be to play a heartfelt original song on the guitar and actually sing." And loved it when he called all the VMA performance tawdriness "schtick".

I missed part of the Bulletin. Was there any mention that this was National Dog Day?
