Last Friday, 'The Amazing Race' wasn't on because CBS had an awards show instead. So I was ready for 360 and posting a report but John Berman was anchoring. Even worse, Berman's lead story was another rehashing of 'the guy who killed bin Laden' story while Hayes had a new report on politics and a darn good interview with Robert Reich. I mostly watched Hayes.
Even worse, my DH discovered 'Gotham' on the web and now has to watch the broadcasts every Monday.
But I did see 360's second hour. Here are the topics covered:
- Ferguson MO prepping for all hell breaking loose when the grand jury reaches a decision, the Governor has already called out the National Guard and Anderson interviewed former Gen. Russel Honore
- hostage American Kassig killed by ISIS, Anderson questioned Shane Harris and two other guys
- the DEA is investigating drug use in the NFL, Anderson talked to Rachel Nichols, a former player/coach guy and Steve Silverman
- guys who kill or capture whales for Sea World
- Sea World whale kidnappers part 2
- Bulletin
- Ridiculist about cuddling which I didn't enjoy all that much, strongly preferred the Springsteen video 'Human Touch'.
I didn't pay real close attention to most of 360 due to the distractions of football, lingering questions about 'Gotham' and bread.
Which brings me to today's survey question: do you buy sliced or unsliced bread?
During the whale segments my DH and I were discussing the pros and cons of sliced and unsliced bread. DH likes regular white bread unsliced.
