Interesting how Democratic Senator Bob Menendez's current troubles was the lead story on 360 last Friday but the near treasonous letter sent by 47 Republicans to Iran in order to undermine President Obama's negotiations was not even mentioned in the bulletin on 360. Republicans are behaving outrageously towards this president but apparently 360 is only interested in reporting on phony scandals that the right cooks up against President Obama or Democrats in general. Instead we get another miracle baby rescue story. And how is it that David Gergen instantly turns up on 360 when there's some fake controversy involving President Obama, but never when the Republicans are actually committing acts that are damaging to this country and President?

@Aries Moon - I'm not surprised the Anderson/AC360 didn't mention the 47 Republicans that sent a letter to Iran. I read in the Chicago Tribune today that John McCain was one of those that signed the letter and said the White House had "dramatically over-reacted" to the letter. He went on to say, "I'm not sure that the ayatollahs will be surprised to heat that Republican senators want to have the advise and consent role. Actually, it's kind of fun." At one time I felt McCain was reasonable, but now I'm sure we dodged a bullet when he wasn't elected president. Reading that and this story in general makes me sick. To me the Republicans have crossed a line in inviting Netenyahu to speak and again with this letter. I guess putting a possible deal at risk and pissing off the 5 other nations involved in the talks in the process is "fun" in Republican land.

@anon 9:40--exactly right about John McCain--his judgement has been severely impaired ever since he chose Palin as VP--he used to be considered a 'sensible' Republican--no more.

The GOP have completely lost it--top officials in Iran are even laughing at them and know exactly what they're trying to pull--they are an embarrassment.

Good for Anderson for doing some old fashioned investigative journalism for
60 Minutes.
According to the NYPost, CBS was flooded
with emails and phone calls after his presentation on the inferior floor covering from Lumber Liquidators. They have been cited before, but nothing has been done.
At least some bad publicity may hurt their pocketbooks and it will be well deserved.
Just when are we going to stop dealing and bidding in China and accepting their inferior products? When??
