Well the dems debate is over so it was back to Trump. A few segments were dedicated to Trump all showed in a good light. There was an unnecessary segment about the friendship of Ivanka Trump and Chelsea Clinton. Meanwhile KTH which has not been deployed on gop in month's was done on Bernie Sanders about his handling of veteran issues. They came down hard on his committee oversight which they rarely do about republicans despite fellow republicans admitting hearings on Hilary are political moves. Ac360 was on the attack about Obama keeping soldiers in Afghanistan. "Breaking his promise" they really keep hammering that. It seems any story on Obama on 360 is in a bad light. 360 had a couple segments on Lamar Odom former basketball star who is on life support because of drugs. I feel bad that this guy made these bad choices but 360 is pushing the coverage. I feel bad for his family and friends and if he makes it through which is unlikely, hope he stops the drugs. 360 had another segment that wasn't needed about the history between the Clinton's and Trump. I found it a bit hypocritical that AC was talking a about Clinton's wealth when he in fact is worth more millions than the Clinton's. He shouldn't be the one talking, discussing others wealth. Not everyone can put 4.3 million for a firehouse AC so if you say can Clinton really be took seriously talking about wages and income inequality, he should take a look in the mirror. He's got homes in NYC, Hamptons, Connecticut, Brazil. He should be the last one talking about or questioning someone's wealth. Some of the problem with news and politicians these days is the amount of wealth and out of touch they become... I just found the irony of AC calling Clinton one of the 1 percent when he is in it too. I know he disagrees with the tax policies of Sanders and now I guess Clinton.

It's the GLAAD Spirit Day - wear purple to support LGBT youth. Anderson's done that this year, looking dashing and debonair in a black suit and purple tie.

Meanwhile, today's 360 sucked. It sucked big time.

Anyone interested in Lamar Odam would have already gotten the latest news from the E! Network, TMZ or any other tabloid source. They would not be looking to 360 for Odom news. Nevertheless, that was the lead story. I switched to Hayes because he was covering political news including an interview with Javier Palomarez, USHCC. Palomarez is incredibly big and influential among American Hispanics and he met with Hillary Clinton today. Anderson had nothing on this important event.

I stayed with Hayes druing 360's "Herbal Supplements for Sex" segment.

When Gary Tuchman's report in the first Trump segment started, I changed channels. When I checked back there was a panel with Van Jones, Amanda Carpenter and another guy discussing a possible Clinton vs. Trump election. It was a marginally okay discussion topic on a scarcely probable event.

The worst segment of 360 was the repeat of the 'What will the campaign do to ivanka Trump's and Chelsea Clinton's friendship?' I didn't care the iirst time this was on and I still don't care now. Back to Hayes.

Drew Griffin was back. His report on long wait times for veterans to get an appointment at VA hospitals was resurrected to make a new report slamming Bernie Sanders for "Dragging His Feet On VA Scandal" (according to the onscreen title). Griffin's report was all about things Sanders didn't do and should have done when he was Chairman of the Committee on Veterans' Affairs (January 2013 - January 2015). Although it was a good report, like CWM84 said, let's see some GOP candidates get similar treatment. Jeb Bush's record as Governor of Florida is a gold mine!

At :57 into the show, after covering a former NBA player who got caught up in his own bad behavior, after the rah-rah Trump segment and redux fluff on Ivanka/Chelsea, finally good concrete news about Obama's new policy on withdrawing U.S. troops in Afghanistan. Anderson talked to Jim Sciutto and then it was over and out.

@CWM84 - because I didn't see most of the Trump segments, I didn't see Anderson talking about Hillary Clinton's wealth. How her wealth compare's to Anderson's own is not important. What's important is how Hillary ranks in wealth to other Presidential candidates and why isn't Anderson questioning the others. Jeb again would be an excellent start in that direction..

Lamar Odom shouldn't have been the lead story on 360--I'll go as far to say it shouldn't have been on 360 at all. Anderson has said he has zero interest in sports so I'm guessing it wasn't his idea to run that story first--maybe it was the AC360 producers by order of celebrity loving Jeff Zucker who made them do it (he's supposed to be very hands-on). I didn't watch the report on President Obama's decision on Afghanistan because I figured AC would be licking his chops to say how the president "broke his promise" and apparently that's exactly what AC did--war is complex and tough, unpopular and unexpected decisions have to be made sometimes--that's what it takes to be a leader, but those factors don't matter to AC when he's hellbent on portraying the president as someone untrustworthy.

When Donald Trump criticized John McCain for not doing more for veterans in his home state of Arizona a few months ago, AC brought in a vet to DEFEND McCain and report how wrong Trump was for saying that and to list all that McCain has done for veterans. I don't recall a single KTH done on McCain when he was blocking tons of veterans bills along with the rest of the GOP in Congress, but Bernie Sanders, whom I'm not totally sold on, gets the full KTH treatment from AC360--it's fine to look into what ANY politician has done or not done for vets, but at least try not to show favoritism when doing it.

Who the heck cares about how Ivanka and Chelsea's friendship will fare as the campaign progresses. A total waste of airtime--that's something between them and is meaningless to most viewers. Randi Kaye's reports can be extremely trite and boring.

About AC attacking Hillary for her wealth.
Anderson isn't running for the presidency and he also never makes claims that he knows what it's like to be struggling financially. Clinton however has said multiple times that she grew up disadvantaged. However her Father owned a successful textile factory. I'm not saying she didn't possible struggle growing up, but I personally don't believe her when she says she understands the middle class.
Also it's been proven multiple times that the Clintons are paid millions for giving speeches which I think is ubsurd.

Also Marco Rubio is known for having financial issues and he used the Republicans money to pay for personal things, which he then had to pay back. I'm really surprised no one has brought that up especially Trump because he attacked Fiorina for her failed business. Either nobody knows, which I find bizarre, or nobody cares.

AC won't question or make a big deal about Trumps or Bush wealth because they don't cater to middle class or poor america which they should but don't. But AC still should bring up all the candidates being part of the 1 percent who are not just Clinton's I say that because the question was directed on how she of all people can speak out against big banks, low wages, middle class. I think it was just hypocrisy on AC's point because he doesn't bring that up about GOP'S one percent and how they could represent america on economic issues. And they irony of course is AC's massive wealth which should disqualify him from asking... lol

RANDY KAYE WASN'T THE ONLY CNN ANCHOR TO REPORT ON IVANKA TRUMP. POPPY HARLOW....IS HER REAL NAME
POPPY, SOUNDS LIKE SHE'S NINE, INTERVIEWED IVANKA AND ASKED HER ABOUT HER FRIENDSHIP WITH CHELSEA.
IVANKA'S INTERVIEW WAS INTERESTING. ANYONE WHO EVER WATCHED THE APPRENTICE, WOULD HAVE FOUND THAT
IVANKA CAN BE VERY LIKABLE AND SOFT SPOKEN. SHE CERTAINLY TONED HERSELF DOWN WHEN POPPY INTERVIEWED HER. IN THE BOARDROOM SHE APPEARED TO BE TOUGH, ARTICULATE, BUT RUTHLESS, LIKE DADDY.
HERE YOU ACTUALLY FOUND YOURSELF THINKING SHE WOULD MAKE A VERY GOOD FIRST DAUGHTER, SHE WAS THAT
WELL SPOKEN AND INSIGHTFUL.
IN FACT IN A DEBATE, AFTER HEARING CLELSEA SPEAK ON NBC, FOR THE SHORT TIME SHE WAS A "CORRESPONDENT," AND HAD A REAL JOB, IVANKA WOULD PROBABLY WIN THE DEBATE BY A MILE.
I ALWAYS THOUGH TRUMP DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF PARENTING. ALL HIS CHILDREN SEEM RESPECTFUL AND THEY
ARE ALL INVOLVED IN THE FAMILY BUSINESS AND RESPECT THEIR FATHER. IN OTHER WORDS THEY HAVE VALUES, SOMETHING A LOT OF YOUNG ADULTS LACK TODAY. THEY WERE TAUGHT TO WORK....LIKE ANDERSON.
AND THAT TRAIT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE IN ANY FAMILY....EVEN TRUMP'S.
