I saw more of Tuesday's 360 than Monday's but don't think it was worth it. Jim Sciutto started Tuesday's show with *BREAKING NEWS* on the floods in Missouri. However, he stayed on that news for only a minute and a half. Trump coverage had to start. A newspaper in New Hampshire, the Union Leader, has criticized Trump and Trump fired back with all kinds of nastiness. Sciutto interviewed Joseph McQuaid, publisher of the Union Leader, and it was pretty good. But I didn't stay for the panel discussion where at least two out of the three, Jeffrey Lord and Kellyanne Conway (not sure who the third was) would defend Trump.

The following segments were:
- Ethan "Affluenza" Couch and his mom detained in Mexico, panel with Mark Geragos and Sheriff Dee Anderson.
- more on the flooding in Missouri with meterologist Tom Safer and phone interview with Mayor of Union MO.
- Bulletin
- promo/clip from Tom Foreman's "Best and Worst of 2015" coming up next.
- promo/interview with director Max Gibney about his Steve Jobs film to be broadcast this weekend on CNN.

Maybe it was a slow news day but there was nonetheless too much time promoting other CNN programs.

Last was the Ridicules, number two in the 'best of' vote. ATA has posted it, it's the one on New Hampshire 4th graders visiting their state legislature to hear the vote on the state raptor bird bill. Turned out to be no fun for them.

Anderson's narration of the top ten stories of 2015 was good but I might have changed it a little.

That Anderson/Griffin NYE commercial certainly has been running a lot. When it comes on I change the channel.

I'M WITH YOU JAANZA, I INTEND TO CHANGE THE CHANNEL TOMORROW NIGHT AS WELL.
IT WILL BE THE SAME NEW YEARS EVE AS LAST YEAR WITH AC SAYING "LET'S LISTEN" TO FRANK SINATRA SING
'NEW YORK, NEW YORK,' AS THE BALL DROPS. AND THEN THERE WILL BE SHOTS OF NYC AND THE CROWDS
SWAYING TO THE TUNE, AND VIEWERS WILL BE THINKING ANDERSON COOPER WOULD RATHER BE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT WITH
KATHY GRIFFIN, ON NEW YEARS EVE. HOWEVER, THE JOB PAYS VERY WELL.
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO THE ATA TEAM AND THANKS FOR ALLOWING US TO FREELY EXPRESS OUR OPINION, LIKE
IT OR NOT.
