Anderson Cooper 360 on Monday, March 14, 2016

Anderson Cooper anchored an expanded two hour edition of AC360 from a NYC studio.  Much of the program centered on politics and tomorrow's primaries in five states.  At the end of the second hour there was a segment on Syria including a report from inside Syria by Clarissa Ward.  Anderson spoke with her following her report.

It was good to see Anderson and 360's political panel challenge Trump's spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany's absurd defense of Trump's tactics and lies. AC tried to ask Kayleigh several times if it concerned her that the presidential candidate she supports seems to have no problem with inciting violence against protestors at his rallies but she tried to deflect away from that and bring up a comment President Obama once made about bringing a gun to a knife fight--Anderson wasn't having that and kept pressing her to answer the question (he needs to do the same with Jeff Lord). There was never any violence during candidate Obama's campaign and he certainly would've never condoned it had it happened--that's the difference between him and Trump (among many). Tara Setmayer, Peter Beinart, Gloria Borger, John King and AC all seemed to have had enough of Trump, his spokespeople and all their nonsense and lies--I'd love to see more of this on 360--it might not last, but it is such a breath of fresh air to see AC questioning Trump's actions instead of fawning over him.

Tom Foreman did a really effective fact checking segment on Trump--this is the kind of fine reporting 360 is capable of but doesn't do often enough. Needless to say, Trump is a HUGE liar.

Pastor Darryl Scott must be on Trump's payroll. He's a deluded disgrace.

The report on the airstrikes in Syria was harrowing--it is not surprising that so many Syrians have tried to leave the strife and violence that they've had to live with on a daily basis--it is sad that the countries they migrate to can sometimes be so hostile that they have to return to the violence of Syria. Hope the ceasefire holds.

A while ago you were talking about how unfair Rubio and Cruz are being to try and block Trump from winning the nomination. Trump has been unfair to not only the candidates but also his own supporters. He has lied to everyone about everything coming out of his mouth. He knows his supporters don't understand that he has fooled them into thinking he knows what he is doing. He has cheated his supporters and the other candidates since last summer, so Rubio and Cruz must beat Trump at his own game!

IT WAS DISGUSTING TO WATCH CNN AND THEIR ANCHORS, SALIVATE OVER THE TRUMP WINS. WOLF ACTED AS THOUGH HE PERSONALLY HAD JUST WON THE LOTTERY JACKPOT. JOHN KING WAS SOOO EXCITED HE COULD HARDLY
CALCULATE HIS PERCENTAGES ON THE MAGIC WALL JUBILANT IS ANOTHER WORD TO DESCRIBE ALL OF THE MODERATORS, INCLUDING ANDERSON, AS THEY COUNTED DOWN THE WINNER TAKE ALL STATES ON SUPER TUESDAY. IT WAS
ABUNDANTLY CLEAR THAT THE ENTIRE CNN TEAM IS PRO-TRUMP. THEY COULDN'T WAIT TO SHOW 'DRUMPF,' AS STEPHEN COLBERT SO APTLY NAMED HIM, MADE HIS VICTORY SPEECH AFTER WINNING SUCCESSFULLY IN FLORIDA.
VERY GLAD FOR HILLARY THAT SHE WON BIG AS WELL IN BOTH OHIO AND FLORIDA, BUT YOU'D NEVER KNOW IT
BY WATCHING CNN. YOU'D THINK DRUMPF....A REFERENCE TO HITLER, WAS THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN.
AND MARCO RUBIO DESERVED TO LOSE. HE PLAYED THE PART OF THE REPUBLICAN PUPPET AND LOST. GOOD.
HE THOUGHT HIS LATINO HERITAGE WOULD PUT HIM OVER THE EDGE. GUESS AGAIN MARCO. FLORIDA IS FLOODED
WITH NY RETIREES WHO COULD CARE LESS THAT YOU CAN COMMUNICATE IN YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE AND MULTILINGUAL TALKING POINTS. AN OBAMA YOU'RE NOT.

If I wanted to be irritated reading and or listening to utter stupidity and ridiculous hyperbole I'd join Facebook. Please get rid of Kayleigh McEnany on your panel. Until you do I won't be watching your show anymore.
