Thursday's 360 wasn't entirely about Trump but still there was too much Trump. Anderson started with Trump's numerous flip-flopping statements on abortion and on his pledge to support whoever is the GOP nominee. He talked to Jim Acosta before going to the panel. John King, Ana-Malika Henderson, Van Jones, Michael Gerson, Kaleigh McEnany and Amanda Carpenter discussed Trump's gaffes, flip-flops, advisors or lack of advisors, the RNC, media scrutiny and media access. The last point was brought up by McEnany and may be the only positive point about Trump she can muster.

I didn't see the start of the second segment. It appeared to be all the same panel going on about Gov. Kasich's blast of Trump in terms of being prepared to be Commander-in-Chief. Instead I watched Hayes interview former TX State Senator Wendy Davis about abortion rights and fights.

Would Kasich have had an interview (as short as it was) with Anderson if it wasn't for his sharp criticism of Trump today? Surprisingly, only the first question was about his Trump comment. The other three questions were on Kasich's comment on infant mortality in minority populations, the delegate count/convention and a Kasich SuperPAC ad criticizing Cruz. At the end Anderson told viewers that Trump and Cruz were contacted for comment but declined to do so. WTF??? I can't believe either of them wouldn't want to put in a rebuttal but maybe both think Kasich isn't worth responding to.

Even more surprising was Anderson's interview with Glenn Beck. I liked it. Beck is a Cruz fan and had many sharp and logical criticisms of Trump. ATA has posted it today and it's worth watching.

I also missed the start of John King's Magic Wall detailing Trump and women voters, the polls and the history of recent GOP candidates with women voters. This segment also had a Randi Kaye report on Wisconsin talk radio host Jay Weber's hatred of Trump. Just covering Weber would have been fine but Kaye had to include another guy in the report, a guy from Theinsville, who supports Trump.

The last segment was a promo for CNN's special "The Eighties". It was about news and the birth of cable news (CNN) and a too short chat with Bill Carter.

There is definitely too much Trump coverage on 360, but lately their reporting on him hasn't been fawning or overly complimentary--Trump's been getting a long overdue beating on 360 and other news programs and AC's been asking tougher and more incisive questions about Trump's fitness or lack thereof for taking on the role of POTUS. John King had an especially interesting look at how poorly Trump is doing with women and voters overall.

AC and his mother have an unusual relationship, sometimes it seems as though they weren't always that close or even knew certain aspects of each other's personalities or lives in the way they do now.

Safe to say AC is back working out full time... pecs and arms... haven't seen any pics of him and Ben lately. 360 and rest of media have turned their back on Trump. Everytime I turn on CNN or other station they have someone slamming Trump. Media, establishment really pushing hard for Trump not to win Wisconsin. Trump has had a bad week. I think it may catch up to him next week, but independents may swing the state for him. Its interesting how Cruz can look like or pretend to be moderate right now with all of the heat Trump is taking. Cruz is very sneaky. It seems AC and Gloria have a close relationship... maybe too close for a mom and son... somethings about my parents sex life I don't want to know! Lol

IN 'PEOPLE MAGAZINE' THERE IS AN APPALLING PIX OF A LARGE STUFFED MOUNTED BEAR, EITHER IN GLORIA'S
HOME OR ANDERSON'S.
SORRY, BUT AS AN ANIMAL LOVER IF NEITHER OF THEM HUNTS, AND I DON'T THINK THEY DO, SHE IS AFTER ALL
91 AND HE'S NEVER HOME, THAN THAT BEAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED. MAYBE IT IS A MEMORY OF SOME KIND
BUT IN TODAY'S WORLD "ANIMALS MATTER."
I KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO DIDN'T APPRECIATE ITS APPEARANCE.

CNN SAID THAT TRUMPS MEETING WITH THE HEAD OF THE RNC WAS JUST SOME RULE "BAITING,"NOTHING TO
ACTUALLY WORRY TRUMP SUPPORTERS. REALLY?
EXCEPT THAT THE RNC LAID DOWN SOME RULES THAT MR TRUMP NEEDS TO FOLLOW AS IN "IF YOU'RE ASKED ANY
QUESTIONS ABOUT ABORTION," FROM NOW ON SAY, "THE RULES ARE SET."
TRUMP DOESN'T NORMALLY FOLLOW ANY RULES. HE MAKES THEM UP AS HE GOES ALONG SO NOW THEY HAVE GIVEN
HIM GUIDE LINES TO FOLLOW BECAUSE OF HIS STUPIDITY.
PALIN HAD TO FILL IN FOR HIM IN WISCONSIN BECAUSE THE RNC WAS AFRAID OF LETTING THEIR "TIGER OUT
OF HIS CAGE," THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. THE MORE SPECIFICS HE'S ASKED, THE MORE HE WILL SHOW HOW
ILL INFORMED HE ACTUALLY IS.
PRESIDENT OBAMA SET TRUMP STRAIGHT AT HIS SUMMIT CONFERENCE BY SAYING "THE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE
DOESN'T KNOW THE WORLD." THAT'S A POLITE UNDERSTATEMENT.
TRUMP SHOULD BE ASKED TO NAME THE BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT.....STARTING WITH THE BASICS AND WHAT IS THE JOB OF THE SUPREME COURT. MY BET IS HE WOULD FAIL.
WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT!

@anon 9:50, Trump would probably have his own Rick Perry fail moment if he had to name the 3 branches of government.

I think AC has more than one giant bear in the firehouse and he might also have them at his home in CT. I read that he had some sort of tribute to Teddy Roosevelt with a display of taxidermy deer.

@ARIES MOON: I NEVER THOUGHT I'D SAY THIS, BUT NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN AS ILL EQUIPPTED TO HANDLE THE
PRESIDENCY AS TRUMP. IT'S LIKE GIVING THIS PRESTIGIOUS POSITION TO AN ELEVEN YEAR OLD, NO MATTER THE PARTY AFFILIATION. EVEN SARAH PALIN KNOWS MORE THAN HE DOES.....SHE WAS A GOVERNOR OF A STATE,
AND SHE KNEW WHEN SHE WAS IN OVER HER HEAD.
HE DOESN'T. HIS EGO WOULDN'T ALLOW IT.

@anon 7:53 pm, I despise Palin but I gotta say, you're right. Great point.
