Ain't it funny how things change? Two weeks ago Drew Griffin was not my favorite reporter and I downright didn't like Ana Navarro. Now I have a new appreciation for Griffin's work and hope he stays with investigating political elements rather than the usual charity scam. And now I like Navarro for getting righteously mad at Trump and providing the best segment in Friday's 360 (as usual I watched only the first hour).

Trump and Judge Curiel is still the big news of the day. Anderson started with a clip of Jake Trapper's interview of Trump that I believe lasted the entire first segment. I mostly watched Hayes but every time I checked back it was the same interview still playing.

I also didn't watch much of the second segment; this one had the Panel of Two Many Pundits. Jonathan Martin, Errol Lewis, Kaleigh McEnany and three others.

Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders were mentioned briefly at the start of the next segment. There was a good clip of Hillary commenting on the violence at Trump rallies and how Trump incites it. Then the panel again and I changed the channel.

At the start of the fourth segment the on-screen title was "Trump Defies RNC "Autopsy" Report". Anderson talked to Sara Murray on the latest between Trump and the RNC's Prience Reibus. Surprisingly, a new panel was introduced: Ana Navarro, Ruben Estrada and Tara Setmayer. I stayed because I was curious about Navarro; before I didn't know if she was Hispanic or Italian or something else. Navarro is Hispanic, very angry about Trump's comments on Judge Curiel and she didn't hold back. She hasn't liked Trump's earlier comments on Hispanics and now Curiel is the last straw. It was something to see and I'm glad she got the first word and the last word. Estrada and Setmayer are also disappointed in Trump but didn't say anything with as much passion as Navarro did.
On Monday let's see a panel on Trump, Curiel and racism with just McEnany and Navarro.

The last few minutes of the first hour started as a Bulletin with Randi Kaye and I would have appreciated seeing other news get some attention even if only blip-long. But that's not what happened. Kaye announced it was Anderson's 50th birthday, Anderson explained it's his 49th and a video montage of other CNNers wishing Anderson a Happy 50th Birthday.
Happy Birthday, Anderson but this went on way too long.

Maybe one day Trump will say something so horrible about women that we'll see McEnany get mad at him.

@THE ATA TEAM: IF POSSIBLE I WOULD LIKE YOU TO SHOW THE CLIP OF ANA NAVARRO'S ANGER AGAINST
TRUMP. WE SELDOM SEE ANY OF THE PANELIST SO FIRED UP AND THIS IS A CLASSIC AND SHE SAYS ALL
THE THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SAID LONG AGO.
IT WAS ON THIS PAST FRIDAY, THE 3RD, AND IT CAME ON AFTER THE FIRST 30 MINUTES, AND ANDERSON
WAS ANCHORING 360.
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. HOPE ANA'S RANT SERVES AS A WAKE UP CALL TO EVERY TRUMP SUPPORTER.

AFTER LISTENING TO JAKE TAPER'S INTERVIEW WITH TRUMP, I'VE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT HE'S
NOT ONLY A RACIST, HE'S CRAZY. HILLARY USED THE WORD INCOHERENT BUT HE'S COHERENT. HIS SUPPORTERS UNDERSTAND HIM AND UNFORTUNATELY, THEY HAVE THE SAME MIND SET HE DOES.
THE LATE NORA EPHRON WROTE A BOOK ENTITLED: "CRAZY SALAD." I'M QUITE CERTAIN TRUMP MUST HAVE EATEN IT.
