As ATA said, most of Wednesday's 360 was about the Istanbul Airport bombings. There was so much information about that terrorist attack that the show started repeating itself... even in just the first hour.

I missed the first two minutes. Anderson was already talking to a reporter in Istanbul on the latest about the airport terrorist attack. An Ivan Watson report interviewed a couple, Nabil and Shores, who were at the airport at the time of the bombings. Anderson talked to Watson for further info on the airport and the couple. There was a clip of Obama's statement on the attack before starting the panel with Michael Weiss, Juliette Kayyem and Philip Mudd.

That same panel discussed the attack and ISIS at the start of the second hour. I switched to Hayes.

Because I was at MSNBC, I missed the start of the Randi Kaye report on probable ISIS involvement in the airport bombing. The part I saw did not have any *new* news; a lot of it was Clarissa Ward repeating things she said yesterday. After the report, a panel with Ward, Weiss and Watson started. I again changed the channel because I didn't think there would be anything new said. And because Hayes was covering the news of the Trump campaign asking foreigners for money (that's illegal).

Keeping with the 'Let's Repeat Stuff' theme, Tom Foreman came back for another report at the Magic Wall detailing the grounds and layout of the Istanbul Airport and where the bombs went off. It was almost completely the same report he did yesterday.

My favorite segment of the first hour was the last one. John King detailed new poll numbers on Hillary Clinton, Trump and how they rate when it comes to terrorism & other world issues.and how they rate differently in different demographics. Anderson started a political panel with JUST TWO PUNDITS!!! I was pleasantly shocked to see just Gloria Borger and Patrick Healy, two mostly middle-of-the-roaders, discuss the Presidential campaign. I didn't agree with absolutely everything that was said but it was a good discussion.

I didn't watch the second hour. Who did? Could you tell me if Anderson covered Trump's begging for cash from foreigners?

I BRIEFLY TUNED IN TO 360 TO HEAR ABOUT THE ATTACK ON ISTANBUL AND THOUGHT THE SHOW
WAS ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY ABOUT THE EXPLOSION AND ISIS, WITH PANELISTS AS EXPERTS, NOT THE NORMAL
RUN OF THE MILL TRUMPSTERS. BUT, ANDERSON DID HAVE TO INTERJECT SOME POSITIVES FOR THE TRUMP TEAM.
IF IT WAS REALLY WORTHY OF MENTION, I WOULDN'T MIND, BUT NOTHING TRUMP SAYS OR DOES FROM HERE
ON IN, IS WORTHY OF MENTION, AND I AM NOT ALONE.
IT WAS ANDERSON WHO BROUGHT FORTH THE CLIP OF TRUMP SAYING; "AMERICA HAS TO GET TOUGHER," HIS ONE
REMARKABLE COMMENT AFTER THE ISTANBUL EXPLOSION. WE MARVEL AT THIS DEEP, PENSIVE, THOUGHTFUL
RHETORIC. IT SHOULD BE EMBLAZONED IN EVERY PIECE OF HISTORICAL LITERATURE KNOWN TO MAN.
IF HILLARY HAD UTTERED THIS PHRASE, ANDERSON WOULD UNDOUBTEDLY OVERLOOK IT, AS MEANINGLESS AND
TRIVIAL, AND HE'D BE RIGHT. BUT DONALD J. DUCK UTTERS IT FROM A TELEPROMPTER, AND IT'S CONSIDERED BRILLIANT BECAUSE FOR ONCE, IT IS COHERENT AND EVERY COHERENT THOUGHT THE DUCK
QUACKS, HAS TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY CNN.
THIS IS WHY I AM SLOWLY LOSING PATIENCE WITH ANDERSON COOPER. HE HAS BECOME ZUCKER'S PARROT
AND WITH HIS JOURNALISTIC CREDENTIALS, HE NEED NOT BE. HE HAS SAID THAT HE CAN CONTROL THE
CONTENT OF HIS SHOW AND ANY GOOD RESPONSIBLE JOURNALIST KNOWS BY NOW, THAT TRUMP UTTERS SHEER IRRELEVANT DRIBBLE, THAT IS OFTEN RUDE AND DISTASTEFUL.
CNN'S DEVOTION TO TRUMP IS OVER THE TOP, AND IT HAS BECOME COMICAL, IT SO OBVIOUSLY EXTREME. CNN IS NO LONGER WATCHABLE FOR THIS ELECTION CYCLE.

These attacks are happening more and more and its just a matter of time before it happens at airports here. Isis will direct or is directing people to do it here. Boston bombers did it and im sure someone can make or is working to make worse bombs. Trump's response was typical but so was Obama. He seems again, not engage and is making light of it. This administration including Hillary just doesn't seem to see the magnitude of these global attacks and the attacks that has happened here already. Obama seemed to egg them on, saying all they can do is take innocent lives. Um, MR. President that is their goal and want to do, kill and destroy all infidels. They jjsy don't seem to get. The CIA seems to get it. The FBI director seems to get it about thousands of refugees who can't be peroperly vetted. But Obama just seems to go on his merrg ways. Up in Canada talking about climate change. Face palm... truth is this country is not doing enough to prevent these things. And we have a President who seems willingly to let innocents die then claim that's all they got! I guess the cold truth these attacks will keep happening and no government oversite can protect us. Just stay on high alert.

It seems like every news program, anchor and pundit on CNN has to go out of their way to elevate Trump over Hillary Clinton--Anderson said something about how if Trump continues to 'tone down' his bigoted rhetoric, HRC will supposedly lose one of her strongest political weapons against him--as if AC thinks that Trump's hateful words will be forgotten by sane voters simply because he's become the GOP's puppet and can (badly) read a teleprompter. Jake Tapper had this idea that people are more attracted to Trump's 'message' because it's more 'brownie' than 'broccoli'--Hillary's just too grounded in reality and Trump talks about what America can do. EVERYTHING is a problem for Hillary in CNN's view and the incompetent, idiotic, bigoted fraud Trump is somehow a better candidate than HRC. AC360 has done some non-fawning reporting on Trump and there are times (like this past Monday) where Anderson will allow his skepticism about Trump show but I think Jeff Zucker's close relationship with Trump may be coloring how he's being covered on CNN. Zucker is simply the worst.

@Jaanza, AC did not cover Trump begging foreign leaders for cash (unless I missed it)--the Euro politicians bombarded by Trump's emails were not amused, but their responses to him were very amusing. Too bad AC didn't cover it.

@anon 11:47--Lawrence O'Donnell on MSNBC had a really incredible example of Trump's 'sheer irrelevant dribble' on The Last Word Wednesday night--Trump was talking complete nonsense on trade--he contradicted himself several times and didn't seem to have a clue that what he was saying was totally illogical--it was unbelievable. This is what happens when the prompter is off. This man should NEVER get anywhere near the White House.
