This will not be a good rundown of what Anderson covered in the first hour of 360 because I caught only the last ten minutes. And though I tried to keep track of the second hour, it was difficult to turn away from Maddow.

The last segment of the first hour was "Trump Jr.: No Typical Debate Preps For Dad; "Not His Thing"" Anderson talked with Stuart Stevens and David Axelrod. Two points: 1. The debates are still more than three weeks away. 2. It sounds like Trump is barely preparing at all and that might mean for a more entertaining debate.

Trump's big immigration speech tomorrow was mentioned at the start of hour two but the lead story was "Trump Surrogates Spark Controversies" as examined in a Jim Acosta report looking at Pastor Mark Burns, Kellyanne Conway, David Duke and Bannon. When a clip from Anderson's interview with Donald Trump Jr. started, I switched to Maddow.

Randi Kaye had a report on Trump and immigration which focused on opinions on a talk radio show. Although it was an improvement to have only four pundits on the panel, I still went to Maddow. When I came back, McEnany just finished talking and Anderson corrected her, "But that's not what we heard..." McEnany spinned again, Anderson again politely corrected her but I can't remember what the issue was.

The next segment started with news of Debbie Wasserman Schultz winning her primary. Maddow had the primary results of 5 or 6 races. Anderson's interview with Trump Junior began again. I didn't watch.

At :44 into the second hour there was finally non-political news and much more importantly, NON-TRUMP NEWS!!! Nic Robertson reported on the ISIS guy killed and bits and pieces of other MidEast news.

Trump news ended the show. Anderson called it "BREAKING NEWS" - the news of Trump possibly going to Mexico tomorrow and maybe meeting with President Nieto. Maddow covered this news 40 minutes ago. Did all those clips of Trump Junior get in the way? A panel of 6 convened to discuss and analyze Trump's trip.

During 360 there were at least two commercials advertising CNN's special spotlight "documentary" on Trump airing on Labor Day. It looks like a puff piece, all flattery and sparkles. There was nothing advertised about Hillary's hour-long special that day... because there won't be one.

It took a while but I finally figured out ATA poster CWM84! For too long I thought she meant what she wrote but actually, like Trump she's just joking, she's being sarcastic. Her comment in yesterday's ATA made it so clear she's trolling and trying to get attention. I'll refresh everyone's memory: CWM84 wrote dismissively about Hillary Clinton because she "supported jobs shipped overseas" HA HA HA! GOOD ONE, CWM84! Blasting Hillary while Trump and even Ivanka's clothing lines are made in China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Mexico and other countries that are not the USA!
So thanks for the laugh, CWM84, but you got to be more clever next time. We're on to you.

Didn't watch AC's interview with Trump, Jr. but I do know he has the same nasty habit of retweeting white supremicists like his father--Trump's still predicting that he'll win a big chunk of the African American vote--that's not gonna happen.

I am pushing back against Hillary because you all never do and neither does CNN. You all act like she is an angel. LOL... this woman has a long rap sheet. God help us if she is elected

We'll be quite fine if Hillary is elected, she's intelligent, competent, capable, stable, TRUSTWORTHY (the GOP and the media have deliberately damaged her reputation) and strong. Trump is none of those things.

@CWM84 - nice try but you're still not doing it with the finesse of Stephen Colbert. Is it unfair to compare you to Colbert who was a genius at pretending to be right-wing while dissing right-wingers at the same time?

I saw a bit of Blitzer earlier. At the start of his 5 pm (EST) hour the lead stories he previewed were Trump, Trump, Trump, Hillary controversy and then something else. Worst of all there was a countdown clock on the screen to Trump's immigration speech, which it looks like CNN will air without interruption.

Come on, CWM84, try for another 'Look at me, I'm a delusional insipid Trump supporter just like the ones you see at his rallies' comment. With a bit of work, you can almost make us believe you mean it. Let's see you make a snarky comment about CNN not giving Trump a fair shake after they broadcast his entire speech.

SO PRESIDENT JACK ASS ACTUALLY MET WITH A "REAL PRESIDENT," AND THE REAL PRESIDENT SAID THAT
PRESIDENT JACK ASS LIED ABOUT THE WALL, ACCORDING TO HUFFPOST.
MEXICO'S PRESIDENT FOX SAID THAT HE TOLD "THE ASS," HIS COUNTRY IS NOT PAYING FOR A WALL.
TRUE TO FORM, TRUMP TOLD HIS SUPPORTERS IN AZ THAT THEY DID NOT DISCUSS PAYMENT. "LIAR LIAR
PANTS ON FIRE!" AND HILLARY "HAS A RAP SHEET?" TO QUOTE CWM84, AND FROM YOUR ILL ADVISED COMMENTS, I BET YOUR SOURCE IS THE SAME SOURCE AS TRUMPS, "THE ENQUIRER." WELL THEY DID CATCH
EDWARDS, I'LL GIVE THEM THAT. AND WHERE OH WHERE IS THAT SCUMBAG NOW??
JOHN EDWARDS IS IN SCUMBAG LAND WHERE ALL FAILED POLITICIANS WIND UP, BUT HE IS MAKING ROOM
FOR TRUMP AND HIS MERRY EX MANAGERS. THERE'S EVEN SOME ROOM FOR KAYLEE AND JEFF ZUCKER.
OR AS IVANKA HAS SAID,"MAKE ROOM FOR DADDY."
