The short version: Monday's 360 covered the NY, NJ bomber story.

The long version: Anderson anchored from an outside location somewhere in Manhattan, don't think he ever said exactly where he was. The lead story was the NY/NJ bomber; lots of angles were covered. Anderson talked to and had reports from Jim Sciutto, Drew Griffin and Ivan Perez about the bombing, the bombs, the investigation, the bomber, his trips to Afghanistan and Pakistan, the ties to the Boston Marathon bombing and the note left.

In the second segment Anderson talked to Lynn Gingras about the bomber, the shootout, the police and bomber's injuries and current conditions. A panel of Peter Bergen, Paul Cruickshank and Philip Mudd analyzed.

Anderson interviewed bar owner Harinder Bains, who saw the bomber and notified the police.

360 had clips of Obama, Trump and Hillary Clinton commenting on the NY/NJ bomber. Then it was a talk with Dana Bash and Carl Bernstein for the bomber story's political implications, immigration tangent and terrorism angle.

Deborah Feyerick had a report on the increased police and National Guard presence in NY in light of the bombings and Obama visiting the U.N tomorrow.

I didn't watch the second hour but hope Anderson took the time to cover the ISIS-inspired stabbing at a mall in St. Cloud MN and NJ Gov. Christie's horrible defense of Trump's birtherism and the federal investigation which shows Christie knew fully well what was going on with Bridgegate.

Trump is now saying that Anderson shouldn't moderate the presidential debate because he's biased against him. Funny how everyone on this board is convinced otherwise, and constantly accuse him of being too harsh on Hillary. I guess the fact that he's perceived as too tough on their respective candidate by both sides of the political spectrum is proof that AC is doing his job by refusing to play favorite.

Latest CNN nonsense. They edit out Hillary calling it bombings but attacl Trump for calling it a bomb. Also they said Trump defends racial profiling when his words he never said anything about race! No wonder CNN raitings are in the tank. No wonder people don't trust the media. No one is required to have any ethics anymore in news. Its a damn shame!

We want fairness. We want real journalism back. That is all some of us ask. No one is perfect and both of these people have things that need to be exposed, equally.

@12:45PM I DON'T KNOW WHAT 360 PROGRAM YOU WATCH. PERHAPS IT IS ON A DIFFERENT PLANET, BUT HERE ON PLANET EARTH, THERE'S EVEN AN ARTICLE ON HUFFPOST REQUIRING JEFF ZUCKER TO ANSWER FOR
HIRING THE FIRED CEO OF TRUMPS CAMPAIGN AND PLACING HIM ON ONE OF AC'S PANELS. YOU'VE HEARD OF HIM: COREY LEWANDOWSKI AND YES ANDERSON COOPER HAS GONE EASY ON HIM AS WELL AS JEFF LORD, WHO BABBLES AND SMILES AND SMIRKS EVERY TIME TRUMP'S NAME IS MENTIONED.
JOHN BERMAN IS BETTER SUITED TO CROSS EXAMINE TRUMP, IN MY OPINION, BUT ANDERSON COOPER WILL
DO IT BECAUSE HE ALREADY GAVE JEFF ZUCKER PRAISE, HE ACTUALLY DOESN'T DESERVE ON LINE AND IN THE MEDIA.
THE ONLY TIME ANDERSON HAS EVER SPOKEN BACK TO TRUMP, AND THIS IS RARE INDEED, WAS WHEN TRUMP
WENT AFTER THE WIFE OF SENATOR CRUZ AND HE TOLD TRUMP, "THAT IS THE REASONING OF A NINE YEAR OLD." ONE TIME, THE ONLY TIME, IN THIS ELECTION CYCLE. EVERYTHING ELSE HAS BEEN TOTALLY NEGATIVE AS FAR AS HILLARY CLINTON IS CONCERNED. SO LET ME TUNE IN TO YOUR CNN CHANNEL OF FAIR AND BALANCED REPORTING BECAUSE SO FAR, CNN GETS A D.
