Here's the rundown of the first hour of Tuesday's 360: The opening chyron was "WH: Pres Has No Regrets About Wiretap Accusations" and Anderson spelled out the latest. I thought 'DUH!!!' of course Trump has no regrets because it diverts attention from the more serious idea of Trump's connections to Russia and Russian influence in the election. Jim Acosta had a report and a short Q&A with Anderson. Afterwards Anderson and the chyron briefly mentioned an upcoming House investigation into Russia but his first questions to Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) were about the Obama/Trump wiretapping circus. Later there were a few questions about investigating Russia. When a panel of 6 of the usual pundits started I went to Hayes.

At the start of the second segment Anderson again overviewed the wiretapping sideshow and had a clip of Rep. Nunes (R-CA) stating '...don't take Trump literally...'. Then it was the panel again and I left again.

Phil Mattingly filed a report on the GOP's healthcare plan / ACA replacement; Some conservatives don't like it, how the Congressional votes stack up, Medicare expansion and Trump's ability to roster up some votes were all included. Anderson had a great discussion between Robert Reich and Stephen Moore about the plan, the GOP emphasis on repeal rather than replace, the idea of helping the middle class, how much would it cost and how much it's being rushed though.

I missed the start of the "Wikileaks Claims To Reveal CIA Hacking Secrets" report by Brian Todd. The discussion with Philip Mudd and Mike Rodgers was okay.

Gary Tuchman took another look at how Trump voters are feeling, this time in small town Ohio. I channel surfed a little during his report (checking on Hayes and a couple other places) but it looked like Tuchman spoke with only four middle-aged white guys who all worked at the same factory. Admittedly, Trump voters as a group aren't terribly diverse but this limited focus group annoyed me.

I really liked seeing Anderson with Colbert, lots of genuine giggles and I totally agree about muting Trump - "I just don't want to have that drama in my life.", interestng equating tweets with a seismograph, Anderson's "Putin Moment" in Myanmar and then zoom! The interview zipped by so fast and I wish there was more to it.
Love the Instagram photo of Anderson and Colbert, brothers from different mothers.

The best moment on Tuesday's 360 for me was when AC was talking about how Trump's controversies continuously step on his agenda--Errol Louis said that Trump has to live with the consequences of his actions because it's his own decision to stir up strife and push conspiracy theories that ends up getting him off message--no one is telling him to do these things (unless it's Bannon) and the press should start treating him like a responsible adult (even though he isn't) who should be held accountable for his own ludicrous behavior and actions.

AS LONG AS WE HAVE JEFF LORD AND THOSE LIKE HIM, TO EXCUSE TRUMP'S IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOR AND MAKE IT
SEEM "NORMAL," THIS WILL CONTINUE. LORD ALWAYS BEGINS HIS DEBATE WITH, "WE HAVE HAD PRESIDENTS BEFORE DO SUCH AND SUCH." IT IS UP TO PEOPLE LIKE AC TO SAY "WAIT, THIS IS TOTALLY OUT OF THE NORM AND TRUMP IS EXHIBITING CHILDISH BEHAVIOR THAT HAS TO STOP."
ALL TRUMP IS DOING IS WASTING TAX PAYER MONEY WITH HIS NONSENSE ABOUT HOW OBAMA WIRETAPPED HIS RESIDENCE. OBAMA WAS A STATESMAN. HE WAS AWARE OF THE LAW. HE WEIGHED EVERYTHING HE SAID BEFORE HE SAID IT...THERE WERE OFTEN LONG PAUSES BEFORE HE SPOKE BECAUSE HE WAS "THINKING" HOW TO WORD EACH PHRASE. TOTALLY OPPOSITE "JERK OFF," WHO SHOOTS HIS MOUTH OFF AND IS NOT CAPABLE OF ONE RATIONAL THOUGHT. THAT IS WHAT I HOLD AGAINST HIM AND THOSE WHO VOTED FOR HIM.
HE IS UTTERLY INCAPABLE OF REASONING AND RATIONAL THOUGHT PROCESSES. HE IS DANGEROUS. LEADERS HAVE TO LEAD. TRUMP HAS ZERO LEADERSHIP QUALITIES. ALL HE CAN DO IS BLAME OTHERS. LOOK IN THE MIRROR YOU 'ORANGE NUT CASE.' YOU ARE THE WORST PRESIDENT IN HISTORY.
