'Gotham' ended their season last week so now I can watch Monday's 360.

This Monday the *Breaking News* was indeed breaking news to me. I hadn't heard about Otto Warmbier's death. He was the college kid who allegedly stole a poster in North Korea, was sentenced to umpteen (15? 17?) years of hard labor but just last week North Korea allowed him...in a coma...to return to the U.S. Miguel Marquez had further details. Then it was the question of "Is Trump Under Investigation?" which meant looking at his tweets and trying to square them with his lawyer's, Sean Spicer's and Kellyanne Conway's comments. I liked Anderson's reaction after the Conway clip, "I don't know what that means." He and Jim Acosta tried to make sense of it all including the stonewalling by the White House, the no video or audio press briefings and issues of accountability and credibility. Next it was a talk with Jim Sciutto about the Mike Flynn investigation.

The matter of Sean Spicer insisting upon no audio or video at the press briefings and whether he will be moved to another position in the White House started the second segment. Acosta was back to cover what Spicer's new job might be, who might be his replacement and the chaotic situation in the West Wing. When the panel of 5 including Jeffrey Lord started I went to Hayes.

The chyron starting the third segment was "Senate Judiciary Probe May Review Obstruction of Justice" and the same panel of 5 was back. 'Gotham' or no 'Gotham' I'm still not watching Jeffrey Lord.

Trump's SIL Jared Kushner is assembling his own legal team, gee as if he might think there's trouble on the horizon. Jessica Schneider reported and Elizabeth Foley and Laura Coates analyzed.

In the last segment of the first hour Anderson covered the London and Paris attacks over the weekend. In London a driver crashed into Muslims leaving a mosque and in Paris a driver crashed into a police van. Anderson got the details from Phil Black in London. At the end Anderson previewed the start of the second hour: Is Trump being investigated?

Nice pictures from Haiti, thanks for posting them.

Trump/GOP blocking press access and blocking Democrats and the public from learning the details of the 'healthcare' bill. Beyond infuriating and corrupt. It's also good to see some reporters speaking out against the actions of this administration--Jim Acosta was really fired up about Sean Spicer not allowing audio/video recording of the press briefing--it would be nice to see other reporters taking a stand against what the Trump Administration is doing, but I'm not convinced they will, we'll see--I do have a feeling that if it were President Obama or Hillary Clinton icing out reporters, they'd burn the briefing room down. Both Anderson and Don Lemon had some really good segments highlighting the outrageous nonsense that Trump and his team have been throwing around. Lemon did not mince words about how unacceptable it is for the press and the public to be kept in the dark about what the White House is up to. Sarcastic AC never disappoints and his take on how Trump/legal team is managing the "is he or is he not being investigated" debacle was priceless.

That plate of pasta AC's holding in the pic looks delicious, but I'm always a sucker for pasta.

'bout time he went back to Haiti, even if it is for 60 Minutes. So much is going on there right now. Even John Zarella was there recently.

AS LONG AS WE HAVE THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION, THE PRESS BRIEFINGS ARE A BIG WASTE OF TIME. ALL LIES. OF COURSE TRUMP IS BEING INVESTIGATED. WOULD LOVE TO SEND HIM PACKING TO NORTH KOREA.
HE IS A BIG WASTE OF OUR MONEY AND LISTENING TO ANY SURROGATE IS USELESS, SO WHY HAVE THEM?
THE FIRST QUESTION SHOULD BE: AREN'T YOU VIOLATING FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS BY LOCKING OUT THE PRESS, LIAR IN CHIEF?
DID ANDERSON EVER THINK TO ASK ANYONE IN THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION THAT QUESTION.
WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE DEBATE BETWEEN MY FAV CHRISTINE QUINN AND 'LORD OF THE FLEAS.' MISSED IT YESTERDAY. MAYBE THE ATA TEAM COULD FIND THE SEGMENT. IT WAS ON YESTERDAY IN THE SECOND HOUR OF 360.

HERE'S MORE TRUMP NONSENSE....BLAMING OBAMA FOR OTTO IN NORTH KOREA'S DEATH.
REALLY? OBAMA? OBAMA DID TRY TO GET HIM RELEASED, BUT CRY BABY, ONE THING WE KNOW FOR SURE,
HIS DEATH HAPPENED ON YOUR WATCH, FAT MAN, YOUR WATCH. NOT OBAMA'S AND THERE ARE STILL 2 MORE DETAINEES, LIAR IN CHIEF.
YOU CAN ONLY PLAY YOUR LITTLE GAMES FOR SO LONG, FAT GUY....THE CLOCK IS TICKING.
AND CNN, AND ANDERSON.....IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO WINS IN GEORGIA. TRUMP IS SO DISLIKED ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, MAKE THAT THE WORLD, IT COULD MAKE JEFF LORD'S EMPTY HEAD SPIN.
