On Thursday's show I think Anderson spent two much time on "Trump Admits He Has No Tapes Of Comey Talks". If nothing else was going on it would be okay but today the Senate GOP unwrapped their healthcare bill and that was actually bigger news.

Anderson started with an overview of the tapes situation including Trump's tweet on 5/11 about "Comey better hope there are no "tapes"..." He spoke with Sara Murray for more details and then an interview with Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA). I missed the start of the panel of Jeffrey Toobin, Ryan Lizzo, Paul Begala, Kenneth Cuccinelli and Gloria Borger. I switched back and forth with Hayes.

The start of the second segment had clips of Trump first blathering about honesty in government and second saying he'll tell us about the tapes and "you're going to be so disappointed" and then the panel again. More to and fro with Hayes so I missed it if any pundit said 'maybe there are tapes but Trump doesn't want to admit it because they totally back up Comey's version of their talks...'.

The GOP healthcare bill has been unmasked. Phil Mattingly's report covered the reaction, the opposition, how fast it may or may not go through and some basics on its content. After a short Q&A with Mattingly, Anderson had a panel of completely new faces: Kate Femke, Jenna Golodryga, Phillip Stutts and Dylan Ratigan. I'm not sure on the accuracy of some of these names; 360 has them onscreen for only a second or two and by the time I notice them they are taken away. I thought it was a good discussion.

I missed the start of the fourth segment because Hayes had a short piece on how much money various Trump properties have raked in since he took office. I'd like to see 360 do a piece on this topic; let's get Drew Griffen on the job. The chyron for the segment was "CNN: Intel Chiefs Tell Investigators Trump Suggested They Publicly Refute Collusions With Russians" and here was Anderson's interview with Leon Panetta, a former Clinton Cabinet member).

The last segment of the first hour was part two of Anderson's interview with Panetta; it started with questions on Russian election hacking but again I was back and forth with Hayes.

The second hour started exactly as the first did.

Good to see Anderson interview Democratic politicians and staffers (Schiff, Pancetta) without seeing Jeffrey Lord or Kaliegh McEnancy. However I have to quibble about something missing in Thursday's 360. Mattingly's report on the GOP healthcare bill had 2 or 3 seconds showing a protester being carried out by police; nothing on how the majority of the protesters at the Capitol were disabled and were treated roughly by the police. This was Maddow's lead story.

I ALWAYS RESPECTED PRESIDENT OBAMA AND I STILL DO. HE IS A REAL STATESMAN AND HE IS DELIBERATE WHEN HE SPEAKS. HE IS ALSO INSPIRATIONAL AND A REAL ROLE MODEL.
HOWEVER, I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT HE KNOWINGLY ALLOWED THE RUSSIANS TO HACK OUR ELECTION.
I KNOW THERE ARE THOSE WHO WILL COME TO HIS DEFENSE AND SAY THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO TAMPER WITH THE ELECTORAL PROCESS. BUT HE PRACTICALLY HANDED AN INCOMPETENT, SELF INVOLVED SCHEMER THE KEYS TO THE WHITE HOUSE. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE ELECTED A MORON AND WE FIND OURSELVES STUCK WITH SOMEONE WHO IS ILL EQUIPPED TO HANDLE RATIONAL THINGS, RATIONALLY.
TRUMP ISN'T JUST INCOMPETENT. HE IS, AS HILLARY HAS SAID MANY TIMES, DANGEROUS.
TRUMP IS MORE ILLEGITIMATE NOW THAN HE WAS BEFORE. OF COURSE HE ISN'T GOING TO SAY THAT THE RUSSIANS WERE BEHIND HIS PRESIDENCY...THIS MAN STOLE THE ELECTION AND OBAMA KNEW WHAT WAS HAPPENING, ACCORDING TO THE WASHINGTON POST. HOW FRUSTRATINGLY AWFUL IS THIS?
NO WONDER TRUMP LOOKED SO SURPRISED ELECTION NIGHT AND SO DID HIS FAMILY. THE VERY ESSENCE OF OUR DEMOCRACY IS AT STAKE, AND WE ARE FACED WITH THE CHALLENGE OF REMOVING SOMEONE WHO IS NOT ONLY IGNORANT, BUT PURE UNADULTERATED, SLEAZE.
