I was 3 minutes late to Tuesday's 360. The medley of chyrons were "White House Misleads On Misleading Trump Jr. Statement", "Trump "Weighed In" On Trump Jr.'s Misleading Statement" and "White House Contradicts Trump Lawyer...." and so on. When I got to the show Anderson was still in the overview part but soon brought on Jeff Zeleny for more info on the contradictions, the credibility and the whole big mess on Trump Jr.'s June statement saying the meeting with the Russian lawyer was about adoption. Next up Norman Eisen and Jonathan Turley debated on Sarah Huckabee Sander's line that 'any father would do this', whether this was typical in Washington, the issue of obstructing justice and again credibility. When the panel of 6 started I went to Hayes.
Although I don't like this detail in the whole Trump & Russia Collusion Story, it is still only a smidgen in the whole wtory. I hope the panel members werer able to say something about the big picture, about the Trump team working with Russia in the 2016 election.

Not sure if there was a commercial break but later when I checked in the topic and chyron was "WH Offers New Version Of Events On Trump Jr. Statement".

The same topic started Anderson 's interview with retired Lt. Gen. James Clapper. They also discussed different issues in the Russia investigation, the matter of trusting your President and North Korea's paranoia.

There was a clip of Trump's speech last week to police academy graduates; when he said don't be "nice" to suspects and seemed to advocate for police brutality. The White House now says he was joking about that. A panel of Bakari Sellers, Scott Jennings and Mary Katherine Ham discussed the humor or lack of it, police brutality, gangs, crime and racism.

The last segment was Randi Kaye's report on "Lawsuit: FOX News Concocted Seth Rich Story With Oversight From WH" followed by a Q&A with Brian Stelter.

Instead of a second hour of 360 there was a CNN Special with Al Gore on climate change. Anderson promoted it in the last 5 seconds he was on the air, in stark contrast to other CNN Specials following 360 which get a big last segment promoton with long clips and/or interviews with those involved. With Anderson himself moderating it why not spend mroe thn 5 seconds promoting it on 360?

Bakari Sellars was correct, how can we trust anything Trump says and how can we believe him and his administration if we're in a crisis situation? It's impossible to take him and his team at their word, its always changing. Glad to see Bakari back on the show and AC's opening segments breaking down the lies of Trump have been great.

WHILE I TOO LIKE AC'S COMMENTARIES AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SHOW, WHERE HE TELLS HOW HE REALLY FEELS ABOUT THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION, HOW LAUGHABLE THAT TERM IS, THERE IS NO TRUMP
ADMINISTRATION BECAUSE TRUMP CANNOT ADMINISTER, BUT, BE IT AS IT MAY, WHEN AC RESUMES HIS SHOW WITH TRUMP SURROGATES AND ALLOWS THEM TO DEFEND LIARS AND THOSE WHO LIE FOR THEM, LIKE JEFF LORD, IT BECOMES, RIDICULOUS.
I KNOW HIS PRODUCER AND PERHAPS ZUCKER SAYS, "WE MUST HEAR FROM THE OTHER SIDE", IT MAKES EVERYTHING AC SAYS AT THE BEGINNING, LESS MEANINGFUL. HOW MANY TIMES HAS JEFF LORD REFERRED TO
RONALD REAGAN, AND AC JUST ALLOWS HIM TO "BLATHER," WITH THAT STUPID PIX OF THE LATE PRESIDENT REAGAN, BEHIND LORD.....TO REMIND US OF WHAT? THAT THIS IS THE PARTY OF REAGAN AND WE SHOULD REMEMBER THAT TRUMP AND REAGAN ARE ONE??
THAT'S WHEN AC SHOULD STEP IN AND SAY: ENOUGH JEFF, AND SET DOWN SOME RULES "AS LONG AS YOU'RE ON MY SHOW, SUCH AND SUCH IS NOT PERMITTED." LORD SAID THAT THE FIRING OF DON REAGAN WAS EQUIVALENT TO ALL THE FIRINGS THAT HAVE GONE ON WITH "THE LIAR IN CHIEF." IF I REMEMBER HISTORY CORRECTLY, DON WAS FIRED BECAUSE NANCY DIDN'T LIKE HIM. IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH RONALD REAGAN, AND AC SHOULD HAVE CALLED JEFF OUT ON IT. BUT WE GOT THE USUAL, AC JUST CALLED ON SOMEONE ELSE OR WENT TO A BREAK.
ALL OF THIS HAS BECOME VERY SHALLOW, AND BY THE END OF THE PROGRAM, VIEWERS FORGET WHAT AC'S COMMENTARY WAS ABOUT TO BEGIN WITH, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT CNN WANTS.
AND AS FOR MY COMMENTARY: I FEEL LIKE "VOMITING" WHEN THE LATE PRESIDENT REAGAN AND THE CURRENT SCUMBAG, ARE PLACED IN THE SAME SENTENCE!
