just got home from an 8 day trip .. open my laptop to check on AC and WOW...!!! How did he manage to do all that !! thanks ATA for the great coverage !!
do u know if what they did at Dalton was different from their show .. I wish I had been there if he talked more about his time there and his teenage years.
I hope Anderson is safe. Such scary, scary times.
I despise the orange one. Despise him. And his minions.
The orange one condemns violence! What a hypocrite! He's blamed Democrats for border crossings at every rally he holds. And the stupid media gobbles it up like Turkey on Thanksgiving.
very powerful opening statement by anderson
David Gergen talks about Trump as if he were a normal human being and a typical president who has the capability to behave decently if he'd just make a stronger effort--Trump is a degenerate, a narcissist and a sociopath who's incapable of decency.
There are some news folks trying to "both sides" the pipe bomb coverage--but what Democrat has advocated for violence or thrown out as much hateful rhetoric as Trump and the GOP? AC doesn't like the idea of "self-righteous" protesters confronting politicians in restaurants or other public places but even he has to know that pales in comparison to the murderous political violence coming from the right.
Let me add my appreciation for the awesome posts by the ATA Team in the past few days, great job!
@aries moon
was anderson equating the two? I didn't get that from yesterday's show. He was unequivocal in condemning Trump's rhetoric.
I don't think people realize how much strain and pressure people at CNN are because of Trump's constant attacks on them. Every little indication of "bias" is going to be used as ammunition against them. They are still not cowering. Instead of constantly criticizing them, people should show support for once. They were sent a bomb and people are still nitpicking how they reacted or whether they were angry enough at Trump. No other network is doing what they are. Not even MSNBC, the liberal mecca. Andy Lack sucks up to Trump, hired Hewitt and Greta and Megyn and MSNBC did not even boycott the WH christmas party, unlike CNN. Which is why they don't get targeted by Trump and still get liberal adulation. CNN has some integrity at least.
@pragya, I actually wasn't trying to criticize AC for anything he said on the show last night--I was just making a general statement about something he said in the past about those protestors who disrupt the dinners or whatever of these GOP politicians--I think that's a minor price for them to pay, especially when many of them ignore their constituents and won't even hold town halls. They're supposed to work for us.
I am glad to see AC and the rest of CNN stand strong against those who try to use violence to attack them.
Why does the media insist on saying "it's both sides. It is not both sides. The hate filled rhetoric is coming from one side and one person who is totally out of control and accountable to nobody....that is what is so scary.
