Anderson Cooper: Tuesday, December 20, 2011

All Things Anderson is on a blogging light schedule during the holidays. We’ll be keeping track of who is in the 360 anchor chair and the guests on Anderson but won’t be going into detail on either program. If you have a clip request for any segments on either show please mention it in comments. We’ll try our best to post it after Christmas.

We hope everyone has a happy holiday season.

Today's Anderson was good, I enjoyed Jane Fonda. Despite what some people may think of her political leanings she is still well spoken and says what is on her mind AND if you noticed she did not let Anderson interrupt her when she was answering a question he had asked.

TV Guide is reporting that Ryan Seacrest is up for Matt Lauers position and he is opposite Anderson and Ms Griffin on New Years Eve.
Seacrest's guest includes none other than Lady Gaga. AC might prepare for a ratings mishap.

Good interview with Jane Fonda who looks great at 74--she's had some work done, but at least she still looks like herself and not all distorted and peculiar like some celebs do. I thought Anderson seemed pretty relaxed during this particular interview. The underage drinking segment may not have fit in with the rest of the program, but it was an interesting and somewhat volatile discussion--unlike AC, I believe Sunny Hostin's admission that she never had a drink when she was underaged--we all have different experiences.

aries moon I like the Jane Fonda interview also and wished she had been on for the entire hour. Anderson did seem more relaxed and quite interested in what Jane had to say. Te other segment was quite out of place, but maybe it was there because of the holidays coming up - you know as a warning to parents of teens - AC do not turn preachy on us please.

The interview with Jane Fonda was better than I thought it would be. I agree that the underage drinking segment was way out of place.

@Dee Dee, I've noticed that Anderson's always more watchable when he's really interested and engaged in a subject, on both the daytime show and 360.
