Wednesday's 360 had some good moments. I figured the opening segment would be about B37 and her new statement backpedeling furiously from many comments in the interview she did with Anderson. I liked Geragos' comment re: the statement "looks like something her husband crafted." (B37's husband is a lawyer.) The rest of the discussion about the 'stand your ground' law and the possibility of changing it was pretty good.

The best part of the show was the segment on Marissa Alexander. I appreciate Anderson for finally covering her story and spending good time on it. I liked Geragos talking about a parallel case in California in which the defendant, a pretty blond woman, got only probation And I liked the chuckles from several in the panel after the "surreal" clip of FL State Attorney Corey's statement on Alexander.

I kept checking in with Hayes occasionally and stayed with MSNBC for a bit because 360 was going to talk about how the Zimmerman jurors spent their free time (and I really didn't care) and because Hayes was interviewing my Senator Amy Klobuchar about voter registration. It would be awesome if Anderson interviewed someone from my state besides Bachmann.

In the middle of 360 I noticed the commercial bumper, the little piece that is shown after Anderson but before the commercial starts. Instead of it being the AC360 logo, it was "THE GEORGE ZIMMERMAN TRIAL" flashing on the screen as if that was the name of the show now. And that annoyed me.

There's no justification for what happened to Marissa Alexander. She killed no one and gets 20 years while Zimmerman walks. Insane.
