Hero Afghan interpreter's journey from Taliban "kill list" to a new life in the U.S.
It's a reunion five years in the making. For Army Captain Matt Zeller, it is mission accomplished. He promised to get the Afghan interpreter who saved his life a visa to move to the U.S. That interpreter, Janis Shinwari, quickly became a top Taliban target and landed on their "kill list." Anderson talks to them about why the visa was so difficult to obtain.

I so missed this blog. I haven't read it or been on for a very long time. I have gone back to school to get my b.a. in psychology and then my masters in mft and clinical counseling. Got two more semesters to go to get my b.a. anderson cooper has been a big influence on me getting my b.a. and masters. Had some time before going to sleep and remembered this blog. And thought id check up on you guys. Glad to see you all are still here.
